1. WATER

Common tap water, pure water generally we choose stainless steel 304 material;So if it is well water, river water, closed circulating water and other media, we have to consider using 316L, because the components of these media are more complex, 304 corrosion resistance is not as good as 316L.So if it is seawater, pure titanium GR1 material must be given priority. The chloride ion concentration of seawater is relatively high, and the titanium material can meet the requirements.Super stainless steel 254SMO can also be used in chloride ion environments above 316L if cost performance is considered.

2.ACID

Dilute sulfuric acid concentration is less than 10%, temperature is less than 50℃, can use stainless steel 316L material, if greater than the need to use super stainless steel 904L, 254SMO or Hastelloy C276 and other materials.Phosphoric acid and hydrochloric acid work the same way.

3.STEAM

The working condition of steam is more common, generally choose 316L stainless steel material in the south, because the temperature of steam is generally above 120℃.In the north, considering the cost, customers will choose 304 material, but for a long time, the Plate Heat Exchanger Plate may be deformed

4.OIL

The general equipment lubricating oil and hydraulic oil are made of 304 stainless steel.Considering the high temperature resistance of heat conduction oil, 316L stainless steel material is recommended for the middle and third centers.
