1. Check and clean the heat exchanger plates before reuse:
1. Check the wall thickness of heat exchanger and pipeline when corrosion is suspected;
2. Remove aged seals, and use acid and alkali chemical cleaning according to different dirt, so that the surface of cleaned parts will not be harmed by chemical media;
3. After chemical cleaning, the chemical media remaining on the plate surface and pipes of the plate-type heat exchanger shall be thoroughly cleared with the high-pressure blowing device;
4, the Heat exchanger plate is coated with fluorescent testing agent, under uv irradiation to check whether there are fine cracks and corrosion holes, and re-clean.

2. Check and clean the sealing gasket of heat exchanger before reuse:
1. Check whether there are any impurities other than rubber on the surface of the gasket. If there are any, it must be removed and no damage to the gasket at all;
2. Observe whether there is obvious indentation on the sealing gasket, or whether the local thickness is obviously thinner than the overall thickness. If such phenomenon is found, please eliminate all of them.
3. Compare the gasket groove with the gasket groove to see if there is any gasket groove with a length shorter than 8mm or with a length longer than 3mm. If such phenomenon is found, please eliminate all of them
4. For adhesive sealing gasket, the residual substances will be thoroughly removed and re-bonded by using harmonic adhesive.
