1. FKM

Fluororubber is an elastic polymer with fluorine atoms attached to the carbon atoms of the molecular backbone or side chain obtained by polymerization or condensation of fluorine-containing monomers.Due to the differences in the fluorine-containing monomers used in their manufacture, fluororubbers are available in many varieties, which can be divided into fluoroolefin copolymers and nitroso copolymers.Specifically, according to the chemical composition can be divided into fluoroene-containing fluoroelastomers, fluorosilicone rubber, nitroso fluoroelastomers, fluoroacrylate rubber, fluorophosphonitrile rubber, fluoroether-containing rubber, etc.Fluororubber has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, oil resistance and corrosion resistance of a variety of chemical drugs. It is an indispensable material for modern aviation, missiles, rockets, space navigation and other advanced science and technology. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of reliability and safety requirements in the automobile industry, the use of fluororubber in automobiles has also increased rapidly

2. FFKM

All hydrogen atoms in the monomer are replaced by fluorine atoms. Perfluorinated rubber has unique properties.

• Excellent corrosion resistance, able to withstand almost all chemicals, including acids, bases, ketones, esters, ethers, aldehydes, amines, alcohols, strong oxidants, etc.

• Excellent heat resistance, long term temperature resistance up to 316℃.

3. FSI

Fluorine and silicone rubber, also called gamma trifluoro propyl methyl polysiloxane, also introduced by 0.2% ~ 0.4% in average molecular chain vinyl siloxane copolymerization modification, colorless transparent high viscous plasticity straight-chain polymer compound, main chain is composed of silicon and oxygen atoms, connected to the silicon side group of methyl, propyl vinyl and three fluorine, the molecular weight between 50 ~ 800000.With a variety of additives, it can be mixed into homogeneous rubber, under the action of organic peroxide, vulcanized into a variety of elastic rubber products, in addition to the general characteristics of silicone rubber, there are excellent resistance to aviation fuel oil, hydraulic oil, oil, chemical reagents and solvents and other properties.

4. FEPM

Tetrafluororubber is a copolymer formed by emulsion polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene and propylene, which has excellent high-temperature aging resistance, acid-alkali resistance, weathering resistance, excellent high-temperature water vapor resistance, and unique compression permanent deformation resistance.Tetrafluororubber has good resistance to lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, engine oil and brake fluid, except that its fuel resistance is not as good as that of Type 26 fluororubber. The biggest disadvantage of tetrafluororubber is its poor cold resistance.

5. ACM

Acrylate rubber is an elastomer copolymerized with acrylate as the main monomer. Its main chain is saturated carbon chain and its side group is polar ester group.Due to its special structure, it has many excellent properties, such as heat resistance, aging resistance, oil resistance, ozone resistance, ultraviolet resistance, etc., its mechanical properties and processing properties are better than fluororubber and silicone rubber, and its heat resistance, aging resistance and oil resistance are better than nitrile butadiene rubber.ACM has been widely used in various high-temperature and oil-resistant environments, and has become a kind of sealing material developed and popularized in the automobile industry in recent years. It is mainly used as a variety of heat-resistant and oil-resistant sealing rings, gaskets and oil seals for automobiles and locomotives.

6. AEM

Vinyl acrylate rubber is divided into binary, consisting of ethylene (E)/methyl acrylate (MA), and ternary, consisting of E/MA/monomer (CS) providing the vulcanized position.Binary glue can only be peroxides vulcanized, while ternary glue can be peroxides vulcanized because it contains the third monomer that provides the vulcanization position. Ternary glue can also be peroxides vulcanized when the cable is continuously vulcanized by high pressure steam.Vinyl acrylate rubber has excellent resistance to high temperature and heat mineral oil, hydraulic oil, weather and low temperature, but not to low aniline oil and polar solvents.

7. NBR

Nitrile butadiene rubber is a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. It has excellent resistance to petroleum and non-polar solvent, and good mechanical properties. The specific performance mainly depends on the content of acrylonitrile. The content of acrylonitrile with more than 50% has a strong ability to resist mineral oil and fuel oil, but its elasticity and permanent compression deformation become poor at low temperature. The low-acrylonitrile butadiene rubber has a good low temperature resistance performance, but reduces the oil resistance at high temperature.

8. EPDM

Ethyl-propylene rubber is made of ethylene and propylene copolymerization, the main chain does not contain double bonds, so it has very excellent heat resistance, aging resistance, resilience, insulation performance, stability, ozone resistance and low temperature resistance, but can not use sulfur vulcanization. To solve this problem, a small amount of the third component with double bonds is introduced into the main chain and sulfur can be vulcanized, that is, epdm rubber.Excellent resistance to polar solvents such as alcohols, ketones, ethylene glycol and phosphates.
